Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Casinox website and any purchase of Casinox products. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Products & pricing

Product images, descriptions, dimensions and finishes are provided for guidance. Minor variations may occur due to materials, photography or manufacturing.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. MRP (where shown) and selling prices may change without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. Casinox may accept or decline an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, payment failure or incomplete details). You will receive confirmation when the order is accepted and payment succeeds.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details. Delays caused by incorrect information are not Casinox’s responsibility.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods offered at checkout). Casinox does not store your full card details on this website.

Orders remain unpaid until Razorpay confirms a successful payment. Failed or cancelled payments do not create a fulfilled order.

Shipping & delivery

Eligible orders are fulfilled within India. Shipping may be arranged through partners such as Shiprocket. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location, courier capacity and unforeseen events.

Risk in the goods passes on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect packaging on arrival and report visible damage promptly.

Returns, replacements & warranty

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a suitable remedy—repair, replacement or refund— according to the product and the nature of the issue.

Returns for change of mind may not always be available for opened or used products. Warranty (if any) covers manufacturing defects under normal domestic use and excludes misuse, improper storage or modifications.

Website use

You may browse and purchase for personal use. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with security or checkout systems.

Casinox branding, product imagery and site content remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors) and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casinox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights that apply in your state.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
